Planned Maintenance Works at..

Western Region - Tuesday 16th October 2018

The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited, wishes to inform its valued customers and the general public that there will be an interruption in power supply on Tuesday, 16th October, 2018 from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
This is to enable ECG carry out maintenance works to reinforce the network.
Areas to be affected are:  Agona township, Dixcove, Busua, Cape Three Points, Nsuaem, Mile 5, Simpa, AWMA and surrounding areas.
ECG regrets the inconveniences that will arise out of this exercise.

Western Region - Monday 15th October 2018

The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited, wishes to inform its valued customers and the general public that  there will be an interruption in power supply on Monday, 15th October, 2018 from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
This is to enable ECG carry out maintenance works to reinforce the network.
Areas to be affected are: East Tanokrom, TTU, TTI, New Site, Effiakuma, Effia, Effia by-pass, Skyy Power and surrounding areas.
ECG regrets the inconveniences that will arise out of this exercise.

Greater Accra - Wednesday 17th October 2018

The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited wishes to inform its valued customers and the general public that, there will be an interruption in power supply on Wednesday,  17th October, 2018 from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
This is to enable the ECG carry out maintenance works on the Kwabenya Village feeder.
Areas to be affected are: Kwabenya ACP, Abuom and surrounding areas.
ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise out of this exercise.

Volta Region - Thursday 18th September 2018

The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited, wishes to inform it's valued customers and the general public that there will be an interruption in power supply on Thursday, 18th October, 2018 from 9:00 am to 5pm.
This is to enable ECG carry out maintenance works on the Denu Feeder.
Areas to be affected are:
Denu Township, Hedzranawo, Adafianie and surrounding areas.
ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise out of this exercise.

These are the Ministry of Power (MOP), Energy Commission (EC), Public Utility Regulatory Commission (PURC), Volta River Authority (VRA), Ghana Grid Company (GridCo), Electricity Company of Ghana Limited (ECG) and the Northern Electricity Department Company(NEDCo), a subsidiary of the VRA.Energy Foundation is a private-public sector partnership to promote energy efficiency and conservation countrywide. Independent Power Producers(IPPs) are also private sector players in the power sector.
