Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII (Known in private life as Mr. George Siisi Ntsiful) is the Board Chairperson. He was appointed to the position in December,2015.
Daasebre is the Paramount Chief of Abeadze Traditional Area in the Central Region, President of the Central Regional House of Chiefs, and a Member of the National House of Chiefs. He served as a member of the immediate past Council of State. Daasebre also serves on the Boards of the following institutions: Member,Ghana Prisons Service Council; Chairman, Ankaful Nursing Training College Board of Governors and Member of the Central Regional Development Corporation (CEDEOM) in Cape Coast.
Mr. Robert Dwamena was appointed Managing Director of the Electricity Company of Ghana in March 2016. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from University of Ghana, Legon and B.Sc (Honours) Geodetic Engineering from KNUST.
He is a fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (FGIS).
Mr. Robert Dwamena has over thirty (30) years rich experience in the Electricity Distribution Sector of the Ghanaian Economy. He started his career with the Engineering Directorate of the Electricity Company of Ghana in 1982 as Assistant Geodetic Engineer. Between 1982 and 2003 he played key roles as a member of the Project Teams that successfully planned and implemented various projects funded by ECG, the World Bank and other Bilateral Donors.
Mr. Samuel Codjoe has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Electricity Company of Ghana since 2009. He is a barrister-at-law and a partner of Law Trust Company, a law firm in Accra. Mr.Codjoe has been in private legal practice for over twenty years and his areas of specialty include constitutional law, corporate law and telecommunications and commercial law. Mr.Codjoe is the Chairman of the Board Strategic Planning, Legal & Establishment Committee.
Mrs. Eunice Serwah Comnashar is a Finance Administrator with wide experience in the Management of Non- Governmental Organisations. She is also a Director of Fides Glaube Company Limited, a private company.
Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (Marketing Option).He is the Deputy Minister in charge of Energy at the Ministry of Energy & Petroleum. Until his new position, Hon. Jinapor was the spokesperson for then Vice President and now President John Mahama from 2009 to 2013.
Dr. Alfred Kwabena Ofosu Ahenkorah is a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Board. Having trained as Engineer, Dr. Ahenkorah has wide experience in public service, especially regulatory policies in the energy sector. Dr. Ahenkorah is currently the Executive Secretary and Member of the Board of Directors of the Energy Commission
Mr. Clement G. Abavana is an Electrical Consultant with wide experience in electric power distribution. He trained as an Electrical Engineer. Mr. Abavana worked with the then Electricity Corporation of Ghana and retired with the Northern Electricity Department of the Volta River Authority. Mr. Abavana currently runs a consulting firm, Noxie Consult Limited.
Dr. Kwasi Akyem Apea-Kubi is a retired Physician and a politician.
Dr. Apea-Kubi has wide experience in the field of medical practice.
He is a former Deputy Minister of Interior and an Eastern Regional Minister
